On Saturday Dec, 7th after 6 months of planning, growing and sourcing stock, we hosted our very first large scale plant fair: Houseplant Hysteria!
The turn out was amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better day or a better bunch of people.
We had almost 600 people attend our event over the course of the day, with the line up starting at 4:40am!
We decided to make entry to the event a gold coin donation which was donated to Peninsula Animal Aid, a local charity that focuses on caring for and rehoming lost or abandoned animals. Although a few sneaky buggers managed to creep through without donating, we managed to raise $440.80 for this very worthy charity!
We’d like to extend a big thank you to everyone who attended “Houseplant Hysteria"
With a special thanks to our lovely volunteers, vendors, friends and family who helped make this event possible. We were overwhelmed by the support and as our first ever large scale event and are excited to continued the tradition!
Our next event; Houseplant Hysteria "Autumn Edition" will be happening May 9th, 2020.
We hope to see you there!
